研究领域描述
主要从事环境内分泌干扰物的雄性生殖毒性研究。精子发生和精子质量是影响男性生育能力的重要因素。而广泛存在于外环境中的环境内分泌干扰物如何影响精子发生和精子质量的分子机制尚未完全阐明。本课题组主要围绕以十溴联苯醚为代表的环境内分泌干扰物,研究其对和男(雄)性动物的生殖毒性效应,重点关注组蛋白修饰在十溴联苯醚暴露干扰精子发生和精子质量中的分子机制。同时探索环境污染物与精液质量之间的关联性研究。并在此基础上阐明雄性生殖细胞发育异常相关的不育症等疾病的分子机理,为制定相关的防治对策和措施提供理论基础。
